Salvaje Miami is a Midtown rooftop restaurant primarily remembered for nearly bursting into flames due to a misplaced firework and dangerously combustible decoration. It is a strange small restaurant with just one clear concept: rhinoceros. The outside area is adorned with many slaughtered, gold rhinoceros skulls.

In this article, we’ll discuss the design, foods, and drinks of the Salvaje Miami. So, keep reading to know all about it.

Amazing Design

Take a lift from the restaurant’s bottom floor entrance to escape the traffic and noise of Miami. The restaurant’s rooftop has been turned into a thick rainforest, with gold rhinoceros skulls, marine statues, colorful glassware, dangling bamboo umbrellas, and comfortable white sheepskin seats.

Furthermore, enjoy the spectacular orange and pink sunlight at one of the tower’s side tables. A beverage is served in a massive sculpted tusk on a tripod decorated with purple flowers. A different martini is done in a bee-shaped glass plate with movable silver wings.

Salvaje Miami, a significant global innovation, fills this 170-seat area on the rooftop, where the luscious allure of the Amazon rainforest, the intensity and flavor of Spanish, and the magic of Japan are brought to life. Moreover, Executive Chef Fermn Azkue created the trademark after being motivated by his exceptional European gourmet experience and partnership with traditional Japanese cooks.

It’s similar to a swirl of tastes evaporating on your tongue. Obviously, You can’t leave out the Wagyu Fried Rice. You enjoy the various sensations, such as the tender beef, popping roe, and runny egg.
